The Dreamiest Week in St. Thomas | Jensen Family

Raise your hand if you've ever been to the Virgin Islands....If your not raising your hand right now you need to go write on your bucket list VISIT THE VIRGIN ISLANDS! We were able to spend a full week having fun in the sun on these gorgeous and mesmerizing islands. We stayed at Marriott Frenchman's Cove and the property was so beautiful! We had a private, calm beach with amazing snorkeling all around. We saw turtles, sting rays, and sea urchins everywhere. The also had they adorable water taxi to take us into town for shopping!

We also took the boat ferry over to St. John to do some beach hopping for the day. We visited Hawks Nest Bay, Trunk Bay, and Cinnamon Bay. Hawks Nest bay was our very favorite!! Not only was it so peaceful, quiet, and full of sea life but the setting just couldn't be beat!

On another day we ventured a bit further... We rented a boat and captain to take us about 2 hours up the Ocean into the British Virgin Islands. We had to stop and do customs at Tortolla, then we were off to Virgin Gorda to see The Baths.

This place is absolutely unreal! Virgin Gorda has all of these giant boulders, as big as houses all over the island, the Baths are basically this huge collection of boulders along the ocean. You get to swim/ hike through them, climbing up and down ladders and boulders to make your way out and up to the restaurant at the Top. It was one of the most unique and beautiful places I have ever been. We hopped back on our boat but on our way back to St. Thomas we stopped at Willley T's... a pirate ship restaurant boat in the middle of a bay.... yes a freaking pirate ship that we got to have lunch on. They grilled up some food and we got to climb up to the 2nd story and jump off the ship for hours! It was such a unique experience and definitely a high light for the trip!

I hope you all enjoy this recap and get the chance to visit this gorgeous part of the world soon!!!
